Getting Started

You are newly engaged.  Now what?  That is where I come in. To make your big day less overwhelming, I will help answer those many questions and thoughts running through your head. We will sit down and have a detailed interview so I can learn all about you and your fiancé. I will then provide you with a few timelines that will help the planning process, budgeting, and give you some personal vendor referrals. I look forward to taking the weight off your shoulders.

 Package consists of:

• Help deciding on a theme and desired atmosphere of your wedding
• Providing some vendor referrals
• Assistance to create a budget
• Provide a list of important questions to ask each vendor during interviews

THE GREEN HYDRANGEA Package

One Month Prior to the Wedding

After months of planning and having fun, your big day is approaching.  Many couples become overwhelmed with what is left to do. Family and friends will start to arrive and tasks still must be finished. I will help organize what is left before your special day. I will contact your vendors create a detailed time line, and make sure everyone knows what is expected of them. I'll help calm the normally hectic 24 hours before your big day.  I will be there for the rehearsal of your ceremony as well as from the start to end of your event. All you have to do is enjoy yourself.

 Package consists of:

•  Coordination calls to vendors
• Help with event day time line
• Assistance with seating arrangements
• Pick up and delivery of items
• Any last minute details that you need on your wedding day

THE White ORCHID Package

Day of Coordination

This is a wonderful package for the couple who have everything completed but desire total relaxation on their special day. This is where I come in to help with any last minute details to make sure everything that you have envisioned becomes reality.

 Package consists of:

• A meeting a few weeks before your wedding to discuss your expectations and theme of the night, the flow of your wedding, special introductions and any important details.
• Create a timeline for the day
• Contact all vendors and make sure they receive a copy of the timeline with specific setup times, their point of contact, and confirm all arrangements.
• Personal assistance with your rehearsal
• Assist with any last minute details.

The FUSCHIA Peony Package

Many couples have talked about how they want their special day. I will customize your wedding by hearing what you have envisioned. Let me into your dream and help create your fantasy. We will come together and have a detailed meeting so that I can get to know you and your fiancé. This package is perfect for the couple who does not have enough time in their day or is knowledgeable enough to realize there are a lot of contracts, details and dollars involved with a wedding.  It’s smart to seek professional help. This package is a combination of THE Pink ROSE, THE GREEN HYDRANGEA, THE White ORCHID and so much more. I look forward to creating this BOUQUET of your perfect wedding dream.

THE FLOWER MARKET

 Since no one couple is the same, any of the above packages can be customized to suit you and your fiancé. If you are interested in a personalized package I will be more than happy to set up a complimentary consultation to go over all the options we have to offer.

This package can include anything or everything from the other packages. Whether you want a fun night with the girls or a Vegas vacation I will help make your event happen. I can create the perfect destination wedding, out-of-towners room baskets, personalized water bottles, rehearsal dinner, bridal showers, engagement parties, pre and post lunches and brunches, bachelorette/bachelor parties and it does not stop there. Anything you need help with can either be added to any of the packages or for an hourly rate.
